Polynucleotides are biopolymers composed of nucleotide chains, which are the building blocks of DNA. In the context of aesthetic treatments, these injections are derived from salmon DNA, making them a unique and intriguing addition to the cosmetic world. Polynucleotides are biological injectable skin boosters that stimulate our own cells to produce collagen and elastin, improve tissue regeneration, and restore skin tone and suppleness. Polynucleotides have antioxidant and moisturising properties, resulting in healthier-looking skin.

Skin boosters are designed to improve the general quality of your skin and give you a radiant appearance. They are composed of hyaluronic acid (HA), a chemical that is produced by our bodies naturally and aids in preserving the moisture content of our skin. We lose our HA reserves as we become older, which can lead to volume loss and the development of fine wrinkles. We can provide high levels of moisture by injecting HA as skin boosters, which can assist to improve skin texture, tone, volume, and decrease wrinkles and fine lines, enhancing the general health of the skin and improving its quality.

Fat dissolving injections work by disrupting the fat cell membrane. Once injected into the targeted area, the fat cells break down and are naturally eliminated by the body's lymphatic system over several weeks.

A fine needle is used to administer the injections into the fatty tissue, with minimal discomfort. The treatment typically shows noticeable results within a few weeks, and full effects can be seen after several sessions, depending on the amount of fat and the treated area.

Derma fillers are a gel made up from Hyaluronic acid, a substance that naturally exists in our body, and when injected into our skin with a very fine needle helps to fill out fine lines and reduce the appearance of fine lines and unwanted wrinkles, as well as contouring, creating volume, and revitalising the skin.

Derma fillers work by boosting the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid, revitalising and adding volume to the skin, instantly diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, giving a natural softer look.

Derma fillers are a soft injectable gel consisting of stabilised non-animal hyaluronic acid. The gel is tissue friendly and closely resembles the hyaluronic acid that naturally exists in the body. It is long lasting but not permanent, usually lasting 6-18months, depending on the treatment and product.

As we age, lines and wrinkles develop in the skin of our face, especially around the eyes from smiling, between the eyebrows from frowning, and on the forehead from making various expressions. This is a direct result of the aging process due to the loss of collagen and elastin in our skin, causing it to thin and inevitably lead to permanent creases in our skin.

Botulinum toxin is a chemical produced by the bacterium clostridium botulinum (brand names Azzalure & Botox), and when injected into the muscles of our face help to relax the muscles, smoothing out the lines and wrinkles, preventing the muscle from moving for a period of time, usually up to 12 weeks.

A fine needle is used to introduce the toxin into the skin at each area, and effects can start to be seen within 3-4 days, with full effects seen between 10 - 14 days
